Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa (All Purpose Sauce) was created in the late 1980s at a small lechon stall in Manila as a sauce specifically for lechon. Since then, Mang Tomas has evolved to become a condiment enjoyed by many Filipinos because of its unique flavour that enhances the taste of ordinary everyday dishes.

Try this delicious traditional Filipino sauce on barbecued and roast meats, or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Sugar and Palm Olein), Iodized Salt (Salt, Potassium Iodate), Modified Starch (Corn), Onion, Vinegar, Garlic, Palm Olein, Black Pepper, Chilli, Sodium Benzoate as Preservatives, BHA and TBHQ as antioxidants.
